About the position
We’re looking for a sharp, Product Designer to join our fast-paced, AI-native team
As a Product Designer at Sett, you’ll take full ownership over UX/UI across a highly dynamic environment. You’ll work directly under the CTO and collaborate with cross-functional squads to design intuitive agent-based experiences powered by LLMs. This is a hands-on role with high responsibility, high impact, and a strong product-thinking core.
Who is the ideal candidate?
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- Experience designing end-to-end flows in SaaS or complex web platforms
- Proven ability to think like a product owne - not just design visuals
- Hands-on experience designing AI-driven tools or agent-based workflows - this is a must
- Excellent command of UX principles, UI best practices, and prototyping tools (Figma, etc.)
- Advantage: Experience in B2B product environments
- Advantage: Familiarity with marketing-related products or workflows
Responsibilities
- Own UX/UI design across multiple user flows in a fast-evolving AI product
- Design intelligent, intuitive interfaces for LLM-based agents and complex multi-step interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads across product, engineering, and operations
- Translate product requirements into user-friendly designs with measurable impact
- Contribute to product discovery, definition, and iteration
- Champion clarity, usability, and elegance in every detail—from concept to pixel
